The Misk Programme

The Misk Programme is a two year Islamic Studies course which follows the established and successful curriculum of Ma’had al-Haram, taught in Makkah and Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

The programme is spread over two levels, the Foundation Level (two years) and the Advanced Level (three years). Each year has three terms.

What is Ma’had al-Haram?

It is an institute that was established in Masjid al-Haraam, Makkah, Saudi Arabia in 1388H (1968 CE). The aim of the institute was to teach classic and authentic Islamic sciences with modern, organised teaching methods, making seeking knowledge from a younger age easy for the average Muslim. The six-year program proved to be a huge success, with the same being established in Masjid An-Nabawi (Madinah) in 1423H (2002 CE).
