Sealed With Misk Institute's conviction about order was not arrived at from a distance. It comes from a journey — told here by Ustadh Maudud Ahmed, founder and principal teacher.

One term at a time — every path starts with the term in front of you.
However far you pay ahead, you study the same way — a term at a time, in order. Paying further ahead unlocks nothing early.
What happens next.
Before you begin
When can I join the Misk Programme?＋
The Misk Programme has three intakes each year. New students begin on the first Monday of January, May and September.
Do I need Arabic?＋
No. Arabic is not a prerequisite, and you do not need to join the Arabic Programme. If you want both, the Misk Programme + Arabic option combines them — and the Arabic Programme can also be studied on its own if you wish.
Are the lessons live?＋
No — lessons are pre-recorded and on demand within a fixed weekly structure: every Monday that week's lessons, notes, quizzes and materials are released. The live elements are the monthly Q&A and the optional one-to-one mentoring session every student may book once per term.
How much time should I expect each week?＋
Six lessons a week at Foundation, five at Advanced — most 10–30 minutes — plus notes, quizzes and review. You work through them in your own time; all weekly lessons are expected complete.
What happens if I fall behind?＋
Earlier weeks remain accessible throughout the term, so there is room to catch up while the term is still running. Examinations at the end of each term are compulsory and must be passed to progress — a student who hasn't completed the term's study and examinations may need to repeat the term before moving on.
Can I pause?＋
Yes — between terms. A started term is expected to be completed. If you have paid ahead, unused paid terms are retained for you while you pause.
What happens if I fail an examination?＋
Examinations are compulsory — one for every subject at the end of each term — and you must pass to progress. A student who doesn't pass may need to repeat the term.
Do I have to begin at Foundation?＋
No. You may enter Foundation or Advanced directly — there is no mandatory placement assessment. That said, Advanced is intended for students who already have prior grounding in the sciences covered at Foundation level: direct entry is allowed, prior knowledge is advised.
How long do I keep access to a term?＋
Access to a term's videos, quizzes, notes and materials is term-bound — it lasts through that term, and does not continue indefinitely once you move into the next one.
Do I receive a certificate?＋
Yes — a Sealed With Misk certificate of completion after Foundation, and another after Advanced.
What is included in Misk Programme + Arabic?＋
The Misk Programme and the Arabic Programme together, at combined pricing: £199 a term, £499 a year, £899 for Full Foundation, £1,199 for Full Advanced.
What happens after I join?＋
You receive confirmation and the information you need for your intake. If you enrol before the next term begins, onboarding details, student WhatsApp group information and portal access are provided closer to your start date. Your study begins with your intake — the first Monday of January, May or September.
